Eligible Boxes
The Coupon Eligible Converter Boxes (CECB) list is maintained by the NTIA (National Telecommunications & Information Administration). The NTIA is responsible for distributing the list to consumers and retailers.
What is a CECB?
A CECB is a “Coupon Eligible Converter Box” that consumers are able to use their TV Converter Box Coupons towards. In turn, retailers must accept the TV Converter Box Coupons towards the purchase of any of the CECB’s on the list.
